I have been committed to enhancing my personal empowerment through practical experience. My initial education was in [relevant field, such as business administration, education, or social sciences], which paved the way for my interest in community development. Following my graduation, I gained extensive experience in a specific field like project management, project training, or the security industry, where I witnessed the crucial necessity for accredited vocational education.
Despite my enjoyment of working alongside people and communities, I realized that there was a significant difference between the skills I possess and the demand for them in the market.
